It’s time to introduce you to another new employee! Today, meet Anton Stevens, who is one of our Customer Service Representatives.
My name is Anton Stevens. I grew up in Florida, where I joined the Navy, which then brought me to Norfolk, Virginia in 1995. I left the Navy in 2003, and since then have worked in a variety of fields. I worked for several defense contractors doing IT work and then transitioned to Cox Cable for eight years. I am currently continuing my college education on the side at a local community college. I’m married with four great kids, ages 2 to 15. I’m tired! I love the Tampa Bay Bucs and I’m a huge Star Wars/Game of Thrones fan, as well as a video game geek. Come see my bobblehead collection!
1. How Long have I been with CWS and what is my current role? I’m a customer service representative and I have been here for almost two months!
2. What is one piece of advice I want my dealers to know? Don’t be afraid to ask for help, everyone here is so patient and helpful. You can jump right in with both feet, and you can trust that someone will lend you a hand if you need it. Also, don’t be afraid to speak up if YOU know something that may help.
3. What is your greatest accomplishment at CWS? I’ve finished a dozen or so assignments and I haven’t broken anything or wrecked anyone’s website! I’m also really proud of being one dealers go to guy. I even show the website to my friends! I also now can answer the phone without being scared.
4. What is your favorite part about working at CWS? This is a really great team. Everyone works together, no one has their own agenda and there’s no politics. It’s really refreshing. Everyone works hard because the goal is clear and we are rewarded for meeting those goals. You don’t get that everywhere.
