It’s time for another Employee of the Quarter to introduce you to! Today, meet John Martinolich, who is our DX1 Account Manager. John not only offers help and advice to our dealers, but he also lightens the mood at the office with his great sense of humor. Learn a little more about him below!

How long have you been with CWS? And what is your current role?
I have been working for Commercial Web Services since March of 2013. I started as a Customer Service Representative working solely on the PSN platform, and have recently became a DX1 Account Manager. I still work with supporting our customers on the PSN platform but have also taken on responsibilities with migrating our Bobcat dealers over to our new DX1 platform.

What is one piece of advice you want dealers to know?
Your website is an extension of your company. When building your website from the design and content aspect, keep that in mind. Know what you want to get out of the website and make those the key aspects of the design. If the purpose of the website is to generate more sales leads, then it is a good idea to have call to action buttons going to your manufacturer showrooms and inventory pages. If Parts and Service are the biggest departments of the company, then make sure that is shown on the website in a way that people can find easily.

What is your greatest accomplishment at CWS?
I don’t think I have anything specific in mind. I pride myself in having knowledge about every aspect of the company to provide the best support possible. I have designed websites and coded websites, I work with dealers every day in our support department, I am backup for our DNS specialist, and have recently taken on our migration process for bringing our Bobcat websites over to our new DX1 platform.

What is your favorite part about working at CWS?
The best part of working at CWS is the people I work with. This is the best team I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Every single person here is great at what they do, and if anyone needs help with anything there is always someone more than willing to take time out of their day to help. Every morning I wake up I enjoy coming into work knowing that I work with such amazing people, in an amazing work environment.
